The 97 new apartments to be added in the expansion will increase only to the number of residential options, but also to the interior space of many individual Whitney Center apartments. These two- and three-bedroom apartments will range in size from over 1300 to almost 1800 square feet and will be offered in eight different floor plans.

All of the new apartments will feature two full baths and an ergonomically designed kitchen appointed with premium appliances. Upgrades and options will be offered in many aspects of how an apartment is appointed and finished. Some of the new apartments will also feature corner windows, grand scale windows in the living spaces, high ceilings, balconies or a first-floor walkout.
