Ms. Bulmer is the Interim President at Southern Connecticut State University where she spent 11 prior years as Dean for the College of Health and Human Services and 15 years as a Professor of Public Health. She has served as President of the Board for the Connecticut American Heart Association and Society for Public Health Education. She is committed to providing access to higher education, meeting the workforce needs of our state, and promoting health equity in our communities.
